- Innovative research and development projects on sustainability and the built environment.

- By operating the thing we advocate. The headquarters generates three times the energy it uses, which makes the argument harder to dismiss.

The institute advises organisations directly as well as training them, which is often how a bespoke programme starts: someone asks a question that turns out to need a whole cohort to answer.
